CHCHS started in November 2006 with the philosophy of providing dignified respectful care for our clients. The company is owned by Karen and John From, and was conceived after Karen spent time caring for her mother, who was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. After Karen’s mother passed away, in 2004, Karen and John spent the next few years developing a business plan, obtaining the necessary training and filing for incorporation.
We believe that more and more people want to remain safely in their homes, avoiding the necessity of living in a nursing home, or dying in a facility or institution.
As a result, we set out to provide a service that enables our clients to remain independent, yet safe, regardless of their care needs. Our clients are all treated with kindness, respect and compassion. Our goal is to build a strong dignified relationship with each of our clients, and strive to continuously exceed their expectations.
